 Launceston Swimming Club - Cornwall England
Biathlon This July saw the second annual Biathlon competition organised by the Swim Club and Launcestion Running Club. There were more "brave" competitors this year with the Seniors (12 years and over) completing 500 metres in the pool and 4 laps of the park and the Juniors (11 years and under) doing 250 metres and 2 laps. All Junior competitors and Seniors winning their age groups were awarded a medal for their endeavours. Very special thanks to John Rhodes who, as usual, devoted a lot of time and effort in making sure this event ran smoothly. Thanks are also given to all the time keepers and stewards who helped on the day. The following spreadsheet gives all the details of the day. |
